Preliminary cleaning (before event begins)

Cleaning of stand after construction for the opening of the event, unless it is included within the stand construction package. Plus additional surcharges on the hourly rate on Sundays and public holidays.

Floor cleaning, remove plastic foil, dusting/wipe down stand equipment ( except exhibits), emptying waste bins

Disposal of plastic foil will be effected and charged by Messe Düsseldorf.

We cannot guarantee a proper cleaning if the stand erection has not been completed by 9 pm in the night before the opening of the event.

Orders received later than 5 days before the event starts will be charged a 35% express supplement.

If the stand or mains switches are locked up, please hand over the keys! Orders received two days before the event begins will be fulfilled as far as possible.
